My development machine recently crashed, I’m trying to get everything set back up the way it was from a recent tape backup. However, I’ve been having an issue with appreg01.

For some reason my networked application can not find the appreg01 table.

When I compile a new setup and install it on a client, the security is all screwed up. My old installs are still working fine.
For instance, I am declared as a user username: ‘Steve’ Password: “pass321”
If I try to logon as “STEVE” with no password at all, IT will let me & require password is checked! It will also let me logon with username “STEVE” and password “pass321”.
But in both cases above, it never does grant me administrative privileges, which the user “Steve” does have.
Now, if I take the appreg01 table from the shared network location and drop it into the local data folder, It all works perfectly.

I have checked my data paths and they seem fine.

Cpathcommon, cpathshared & cPathlocal.
Appdata!appreg01 resides on cpathshared.
