Thank you for your help. I don't see any benefit of using the Try...Catch...Finally for ODBC error since we still need to get the error detail such as ODBC error # from the array created by aerror() and Exception object is not supported for ODBC error. Am I missing something or is it just that this new structured error handling is only useful for VFP errors?
