I have this report where some times it can print 5 lines and sometime it can print only 3 lines of info. It depends on the amount of info they have for the records. To make the report tight and clean i am using 5 different dtail bands and supressing the dtail bands if its not being used.

Example 2 diffent sets of records

1st record has 5 different values in one field.

2nd record has 3 different values in one field.

I took the one dtail band and split it into 5 different sections.(A,B,C,D,E) On the first record i dont have to suppress because it fills all the fields. The 2nd record only has 3 so there is no need to use the other 2 fields so i suppressed it. My problem is when you preview the record going from page to page the info is showing correctly. But if i wasnt to preview it and just print it. Its takes the last record on the page and puts it on both pages If the record should happen to larger then the page. So it is showing the same record twice throwing off my numbers.
Has anyone came across this problem or found a way to fix it.
