I have created a simple three field report, where each field is positioned from left to right and is allowed to stretch.

When one of the fields stretches onto a new page, but the other columns do not, the following corruptions occur:

1. Sometimes the band on the new page does not stretch, and the text from the long field bleeds into the next row
2. Somtimes a shorter field will be duplicated again on the next page

The behaviour above is consistent for a given report, but changes according to the left/right layout of the fields. I have found no work arounds. The bug does not occur on the same report under VFP7.

Does anyone have any experience of this before I add it to the bug list?

(It is a shame that whilst Microsoft steadfastly refuse to improve reporting, they seem quite happy to break it.)
