I suspect this.

You have declared some command type:

ON BAR ... ACTIVATE POPUP xxx

OR

ON PAD ... ACTIVATE POPUP xxx

and this still defined but you have released xxx popup without release parent menu link.

Then, search for RELEASE POPUP xxx or RELEASE POPUP zzz EXTENDED.
