It looks like you've accidentally checked a box which is causing the problem. On the second column, you have the "When detail overflows to new page/column" box checked. Because there isn't room for the line, it overflows to the next page .. and then does exactly what you told it .. it reprints the item!!

If you uncheck this box .. the problem will go away!!
