You may have a newer version than I do, but the one I have doesn't do 256 color icons. Neither does my Icon Extractor. I'm going to "try" to see if I can figure out how to do this, but there's no timetable.

BTW, didn't df mention that he used .NET 2003? If so, that might yield better results than Icon Sucker.
