I have found information about Ed Rauh's Api_AppRun but cannot find it in the Downloads section. Can anyone direct me to this resource?

Also, I noticed reference to Ed's passing away. I appreciated Ed's helpful responses to my questions. When did he pass away and from what, if I may ask. He will be greatly missed.
