Cut, copy, paste, etc., are stored as bitmap resources. You can extract those resources with GDI+ class from Download section. I also know a free program, Resource Hacker. Using it , you can browse, edit, extract and replace resources in any WIN32 application/dll (including string resources - as menus, strings,etc).
But, as I said before, those bitmaps look bad on buttons, aren't antialiased .

The resources are displayed the in one of the panes, double clicked one of the icons and it brought up the image editor for it and you are a copy/paste/file/SaveAs away from having it.
