Figure out myself. It is a computer/video/win issue. At home computer everything is ok.

>I've tried to set a Picture for a command button to a high color bitmap. I've observed that the picture is not transparent, even if picture's background color is white - RGB(255,255,255) . Nothing changes if I use a mask file with black area.
