Between setting FetchSize to -1 and changing the buffer mode of the remote view from 3 to 5, the problem is solved. A thousand thank yous!

>What VFP version are you using?
>If you are using VFP7 and earlier and if you are sharing the same connection between multiple remote views then all those views should use FetchSize=-1.
