If you copy all the controls, then you will also copy all the PEMs automatically! If you have any code in tha form itself, then you must copy it manually.

It is not possible for me to tell where you must change thisform... to something like thisform.pageframe.page1..., you have to search for thisform. in your methods and change it manually.

You set activepage=1 (or 2 or 3 or ..) in the property sheet for your pageframe.
