Here is a suggestion from my brother about business in the United States.

1. No board member or executive of any Unites States Corporation shall be allowed to assume a position with another organization that does business in or with the United States, for ten years after the original date of appointment or employment.


2. When a change of organization is permitted you will not be allowed to hold the same or similar office.


3. There will be no golden parachute of any kind when changing organizations.
