Bhavbhuti,

Can you make a copy of the form or project and try setting all the input masks back to default as a test? Doing one by one would be the best way to see which one is causing the problem. Or adding values back into the input mask one by one. Also, are there any classes involved here? You mentioned that it is starting to occur other places as well.
