There is no PocketPC version of Visual FoxPro. You'll need to make a web-based application or use a toolkit for Visual Studio.

By the time you add wireless to an Ipaq, you will be almost the price of a cheaper TabletPC. Consider getting one of these, then you can run Visual FoxPro on it since it runs Windows XP.
