You can't use that activex with VFP.
Since it's an ActiveX, it's always on top, and because the controls on a VFP form don't have window's handles, they can't be skined. So what will happen is you can skin the form, but you'll never be able to see the controls on the form because they can't be skined and the activex is on top of all them.

You can try this...
