One guy, Jim Dale does all the characters and all the voices and does a great job. I think he's British, but that sure does sound like an American name.

I was skeptical if soemone could when I bought volume 1, but I loved it so much, I went ahead and bougth 2 through 4 before I was even finished with 1. The reviewer at Amazon.com gave him a good review too. In fact, I like the characterizations he gives the character much better than the ones in the movie. No the 4 main ones, but Moaning Murtle, Dobby, and especially the cheesy arogant professor, I forget his name, but the one in the 2nd book.
