Bill:
Go into Enterprise Manager. Drill down into the Management>SQL Server Agent>Jobs. There you'll see the list of Replication Agent jobs. Right clicking on a job will give you the option to view the Job History. That will show you how many times the job has run, successfully or otherwise. When you look at the history, notice the check box on the form that sais show step details. This will give you a look at the steps within the job and whether they succeeded or failed too.
