Hi,
We are imoplementing Inventory/POS system to a hypermarket. As your info, the number of item at hypermarket may be exeed 30,000. Also, the location of each item placed is not in good manner. The itemA may be placed in rack A and B or may be C. Item B instead may placed in rack B, C.

We face problems of

1. Stock take are not able to finished in ONE day even thought the shop is closed.

2. Item is not placed in manner. Staff face difficulty to ensure ItemA is fully stock take.

3. Item may be moved by customers/other staffs without notification of the staff who doing stock take.

Therefore, the result of stock is not accurate especially caused by the 3rd problem mentioned above.

Does anybody have any experience on this case? Any advise?
How does hypermaket do stock take in real world?
What is the ratio of accuracy?
