Hi all

I have this lot of classes (textbox, cbo, chk, etc.) and it's code, etc. These classes are mostly used on the data entry screens and has code accordingly. These classes in less occasion are used in forms other than data entry but for the same app. These do not / cannot use the data-entry specific logic.

Right now I have a few IF conditions to bypass in such a situation. There is a few code same for data-entry use and otherwise.

Is it advisable to subclass from the basic functionality classes for data-entry purpose? This will add a level to the most used controls just because some occcasional use of these controls is required in other forms.
