In most casess this error is result of corrupted data, indexes e.t.c. You'll have to narrow down in wich part of yoyur application it happens. What user was doing at the time at before that. What piece of code wos running. E.t.c. Take also look at http://fox.wikis.com/wc.dll?Wiki~C0000005ExError.
