Try a new project with only the Main program added and then recompile. It should pull everything into the project or ask you to locate things it can't find. Pay attention to the differences between the default location and where the files are actually located.

Menus can be kind of flakey when they are compiled. Try removing all copies of the MPR and generating it in the IDE from the Menu menu. Also try hard coding the full path to the MPR and see if it can find that.
