How lame is that!! So all the tools everyone raves about are not available unless you host your own server!!! oh well

If they still have a problem with that, then what Brian said is true, you'll need either a dedicated computer at the ISP or you'll need to host in-house. I've found DSL lines to be good for moderate traffic...
