I'm using VFP 7.0

I was forced to reboot while running a VFP program and it damaged a vct file (vcx memo).
Without thinking, I let VFP "repair" it when I went back into VFP and it replace an entire class with a blank form class.
During the process of trying to un-repair it, all the deleted records in the VCX file disappeared (I'm guessing a pack was performed) and naturally I had no backup for it. Is there any hope of finding those records somewhere?
