I've done Obfuscation for .NET, and I've been Windows Installers. The problem I'm running into is how do I integrate the obfuscation process, into the build process, so I can build it before the Web Installer is build.

It doesn't matter for the Windows Installer, but for WebServices and Web applications components they dont' use the files for the Installer, but the output from the projects.


Is there a way in the VS.NET Studio to have a project run a command from the command line after compiling? Or any other way to automate the dotfuscation, inside of a project?
