I'm pretty sure you'd get much more resentment than cheer from the recipients of your e-mails.

I bet that many who send it now (how they learned I need 'enlargement' is beyond me, and they must be pretty smart) feel that they're doing legitimate business and possibly a service too.

I'd look for some other way. E-mail depends on 1 "catch" per xxx thousands and I think you need better than that.
