Hi Steve,
A view definition is stored in DBC in a memo field not in a separate file. There'are third party utilites like
http://geeksandgurus.com/vfptools/vieweditor.htm and
eView File #
9474 that allow you to edit views. In VFP8 you can edit View's SQL directly in the View Designer.
>Having opened a database and created a view, I would like to edit the SQL using a 'modi comm ' like one would do to a query i.e. 'modi comm xyz.qpr'. However, I get the error 'File does not exist', even though when opening the query designer fresh, the view is listed with the tables. What am I doing wrong ?
