You've got something shutting down your app. That is not normal behaviour for codemine. If I create a brand new app, add a form, launch the form, & close the form. My application does not shutdown.

Try creating a new from with nothing on it, and see if closing that form causes the app to close.

Look at the sample app, compile it and see if it behaves the same way or not.
