>>Yes. In Visual Studio 2003 there are Build Events for C# projects. In the properties of the project you can specify a command line to execute when a project sucessfully builds. As long as your obfuscator has a command line interface it should work.

I've found the Build Event, but the Common Properties is not available in Web Projects. So there is no way to obfuscate Web Applications and still use the Setup and Deployment projects inside of Visual Studio?
