I am using VS.Net 2003 and have a web form in a subdirectory that uses Styles.css located in the application root. The styles do not work. If I move the CSS file into the same directory as the form or move it into another directory off the root, the form formats correctly.

Is the a known problem with ASP.Net 2003?

The same file runs fine under ASP.Net 2002.
