I do not know what is more funny… to be honest. (Excuse my English and sometimes my “French”, bleeps included) Secretary of Defense Rumsfeld “joke” or his lack of common sense.

WMD has legs and the ability to run away? Simple like that. IOW, pathetic.
BTW, as I said a few week ago (maybe months) I’m (and a lot of people) still waiting for that miracle (Iraq WMD)
