Is there by any chance some more information available about how the Mere Mortals Security Manager is going to be implemented?

I'm working analyzing security requirements for a project I'm working on, and I don't know what features are going to be available with the MM security manager (or how to use I can integrate it into my project).

My guess is there won't be anything documented prior to the full release of MM, but if anyone knows differently I'd like to get as much info as I can.
