Put the machine you wish to access in the same domain of your web-server or put them in Public domain.

IIS is setup to not allow anonymous connections, which is working because I have a test method that I pass in a VFP statment to. If I pass in SYS(0) it runs my login on and the Web Server name. But if I say DIRECTORY('\\differentmachine\directory\') it returns .f. even if that directory exist and I have access to that machine and directory.
