I searched and saw some of the articles. The idea has been called a "Twinkie Tax". It would be pretty bogus...a higher tax on butter, or cream, because it has too much fat in it? There are too many other factors that contribute to obesity...

And many believe all refined carbohydrates, which includes flour (most flour these days), are just as much, if not more, of a problem in today's diet.

This talk of food makes me ready for some of Tom's German Cheesecake :)
