AFAIK you cannot set TrustedConnection =.t. from FOXPRO if it is set otherwise by Database Manager for particular PC&user.
>I need an application maintain it's own DBCs of remote views, creating a new copy as needed from code in the EXE. I used GenDBC for the basic DBC code but when I execute it, the connection it creates using the DSN can't connect to the SQL databse. There are lots of threads here that discuss SQLStringConnect but all of them assume you will know the user's name and password. This connection needs to be generic with TrustedConnection=Yes. One DBC is shared by all and is only used for login and assignment of user access rights. The other is created in the user directory so the same code must to work for all. Is this possible?
