>I just had VFP8 installed on my work PC and was about to "convert" an existing VFP7SP1 project. When I tried to open one of the forms, VFP8 gives me a "Syntax error" message with an "OK" and "Help" button. The first closes the error message and I'm back to the project window. The second simply provides the following:
>

>You have issued a command that is syntactically incorrect.
>
>You might have misspelled the command or variable name, or used a clause that is not valid in the current context.
>Press F1 to see context-sensitive help on the command.

Mike,

It would be helpful if you could open the form in the Class Browser and use the View Class Code tool to convert it to code. Then you could post the code here and maybe someone would be able to pick out what's wrong.
