No, it doesn't. I just checked. I have both installed and Netscape as the
default. I get the path to the IE Cookies folder. Netscape stores cookies in the user folder for the current (Netscape) user
(default is c:program files\netscape\users\{User_Name}\)

More's the pity. I could use something like that <s>
