The mode i open the database is what i send in last message DNS-LESS

No one in network only in my PC with Window XP

No corruption
>4. Check for any other user using the same database in any application or >by any means.
No one using the database only me

Another thing this is an Access97 Database, if i convert it to 2000 and change to no password i can connect. But in real work i can't do that because the application witch work's with that database is for access97.
