I just heard on the radio that they are considering exactly this (tax on fat) in NY. IT'S GONNA BE AN OUTRAGEOUS 1%. HOLY MOLLY! 1% OF TAXES ON WHOPERS AND BIG MACS! I'M FLOORED!

This will definitely help mitigate the obesity problem in the US. A 1% tax on fattening foods! What a fantastic idea! I mean, most of the people with a weight problem will surely think about going for a McCombo now that they'll have to pay $0.03 more to enjoy it!!!!

Really, sometimes I'm impressed that the US is a world power. Well, strike that. That alone is proof that God exists. Haleluya! Oh Yeah!
