I've got an insurance application that holds information about real estate insurance policies. The main index in the acctnmbr ( account number ). This is an old dos app, that for the time being needs to remain in dos until we have time to convert it. :) Here's the problem. Each Account can have multiple pages. The main editing screen needs to show the "Current Page" and the "Total Number of Pages". The pages have to be in the order they were put on.

I need to normalize this data. I'm only using one table. Also I need to find an easier way to present the "Current Page" and "Total Number of Pages." In the old system I simply open the table in another area, count the number of pages that have the same account number, and then find out where this page is currently located in that count. I know pretty cheesy, but what can I say, this app is about 7 years old.
