I have found the SQL internal problem of this issue.

- SCOPE_IDENTITY() is bind to the last INSERT on the current ambit, but this bind is relative to the ambit level of the stack calls;
when you have a INSTEAD OF INSERT on ambit level never insert si done, INSERT is done on the ambit of the INSTEAD OF INSERT trigger.

I send the solution to the SQL Team for resolve this issue.
