Aha, that helps. After at least 20 clicks, page refreshes, etc, I finally got the little survey message to popup on the ASP link. However, when I clicked "Yes" for the survey, I got this message:
"error: survey page directory "c:/wwwroot/survey1/survey/2100/2300/2314mt/accept.log" is not ready"
Looks like the survey could use a little QA testing?
