MAPI class does not require Outlook...you need a MAPI compliant program on your system, such as Outlook, Outlook Express, or Eudora Mail.

If you don't want to depend on that, do a google search for blat.dll (its free).

Also look at controls at Mabry, West Wind, and www.seekfordsolutions.com.
