Could someone please remind me why this would occur?

I am trying to step through some code that is sitting in a PRG file that has definitely been compiled (I checked the FXP time stamp). Specifically I generated some class code from the class browser to put into a PRG file just to keep the resulting project smaller since this is a one-time utility I am writing.

I even have a SET STEP ON in the middle of the method that is causing the error but the trace window still insists that the source code is out of date. This is making me mental.
