We have french user on our web site. We use com object make with foxpro to do some task and return web page. We catch the user to check what type of data we will return. Today I realize that some user enter user with accent and their real user doesn't have accent but Windows 2000 accept this user and our com object (foxpro) can't find this username in our database. So some table have corrupted information.

For exemple we have a user with this username "BELANGERM". He can use this user but also user "BÉLANGERM". Windows 2000 doesn't validate. Before when our web was on NT4 this was not possible.

Is there a way to make Windows 2000 really check for accent and block if user doesn't use exactly is username.
