There is no indication that the program ever started. There is nothing in the task manager and no title down on the taskbar. He is running XP pro. He told me this morning that he tested it on a second machine and it did the same thing? Now that really seems crazy, since I have installed it on many machines with no problems.

I told him to make sure he installs the program as the administrator.

He did find a config.fpw file with screen=off, but it was not in the program path. I asked him to remove that and see what happens, he hasn't gotten back to me on that yet though.
