Hi David,
I looked at other trigger points for example gotfocus but it does not work
the way I want. I tried adding a requery() at the end of the code but it does not always work and I loose other functionality. (I need to add an empty item to the drop down lists thats not in the rowsource table..And refresh the rowsource content..)

Any other ideas?
