If you make these changes with people over the phone make sure they write TMPFILES, and not TEMPFILES. The directory must exist and the user must have all permissions on the directory and the eventually the root directory of the drive. Check SYS(2019) to verify that your application uses the proper Config.FPW file. You can use the -C switch to specify a config file in the command line of your application.
