Possible Solutions:

1.You can possibly increase your virtual RAM and might need not to worry about RAM consumption.
2. Clear DLL command in VFP can be used to remove the dll from memory. Check help for Clear DLL command
3. Kill the process if it creates an out process and you dont have an access to VFP code or cant ake changes to it.
