As someone over vfoxpro forum suggested, I reposting my question in this forum with hopes get more inputs.

I'm looking for a frameworks (or code generator) that function like VisualfoxExpress, Visual Promatrix, Meremortals, etc. Is there any similar product for VB/VB.NET/.NET?

I got a project to port large application written in Oracle Form into vb.net. The application uses lots of Stored Procedures and triggers. What I need actually an appgen that can create menus, forms (search-add-edit-delete), field validation (constraints, RIs), lookups, master-detail forms, security, etc.
